Our classes are hosted by Peter O'Connor, a renowned bar expert with over 26 years of experience in the drinks industry. As the former Master of Whisky at Diageo and bar expert for Bar Rescue TV Show, Peter brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to each class. His passion for hospitality and the drinks industry shines through as he shares his love and knowledge with attendees. Whether you're looking to expand your knowledge of spirits or perfect your cocktail mixing skills, our masterclasses and experiences are sure to provide a fun and educational night out.
FLAVOUR DISCOVERY EXPERIENCE — €75 per person
With a focus on the creation and understanding of three bespoke cocktails from our Flavour Discovery Menu, guests can learn about the processes and techniques used at Onda Cocktail Room. During the experience, guests will shake up their own drinks and learn basic spirit knowledge and at-home cocktail-making techniques. Our Tasting Experience is designed for guests who want to explore without choosing. Enjoy five mini cocktails, curated by our team to highlight balance, creativity, and a progression of flavours—from light and bright to rich and bold. It’s the perfect way to discover what we do best, one sip at a time.
This experience can be enjoyed at any time during our opening hours, and simply requires a regular reservation.
