Thank you for your interest in our cocktail masterclasses! To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to read the terms below.

1. Schedule & Booking Requirements

​

• Masterclasses take place every day at 4:00 PM.

• Bookings must be made at least 48 hours in advance.

• A minimum of 2 participants is required for each masterclass.

• All bookings are subject to bar availability and written confirmation.
  Your reservation is only confirmed once you receive a confirmation email from us.

 

2. Availability

Dates may be unavailable due to:

• existing reservations,

• private events,

• staff limitations, or

• operational constraints.

 

If your preferred date isn’t possible, we’ll contact you promptly with alternatives.

3. Cancellations, No-Shows & Refund Policy

​

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before the scheduled class: eligible for a full refund or rescheduling (subject to availability).

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled class: the payment is forfeited.

• No-shows: the payment is forfeited.

• Refunds are issued to the original payment method.

 

4. Late Arrivals

 

To respect the experience of all participants and the bar’s operational schedule:

• Late arrivals of more than 15 minutes may result in a shortened experience.

• After 30 minutes, the session may be cancelled without refund.

 

5. Minimum Attendance Requirement

If fewer than 2 participants are booked for a selected date:

• We may offer rescheduling options, or

• Provide a refund if rescheduling isn’t possible.

 

6. Behaviour & Safety

 

We strive to provide a respectful, inclusive, and safe environment for everyone.

• Disruptive, aggressive, or inappropriate behaviour will result in immediate removal from the class without refund.

• Anyone visibly intoxicated before the class will not be permitted to participate.

 

7. Allergies & Dietary Restrictions

I

f you have allergies or ingredient restrictions:

• Please inform us at least 48 hours in advance.

• We will do our best to accommodate, but substitutions may not always be possible.

 

8. Photo & Video Policy

 

You are welcome to take photos during the masterclass.
Video recording of the full session or of proprietary techniques is not permitted.

 

9. Weather, Technical or Operational Issues

 

In the event of unforeseen circumstances (equipment failure, staff illness, emergencies, etc.):

• We may reschedule your class or issue a refund.

• We are not responsible for travel or accommodation costs.
